1. Digital Products — Final Sale Disclosure
   

   All sales of digital products—including guides, toolkits, ebooks, checklists, worksheets, and bundles—are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that delivery is instant and irrevocable, and waive any right to cancellation, return, or refund except as specifically provided below.

Notice for EU/UK Customers:

By completing your purchase and downloading the product, you provide explicit consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal under EU/UK law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).

Pre-Purchase Requirement:
You must accept this Return & Refund Policy prior to checkout. “All sales are final” will appear before payment is collected.

• Duplicate purchases of the same item confirmed by payment records

• Technical delivery failure (unable to access product after reasonable troubleshooting), reported within 7 days of purchase

• Product defects that prevent meaningful use for the advertised educational purpose

• Verified fraudulent charges or unauthorized payment as determined by VastShield Series

3. Refund Request Process
   

   To request a refund for an eligible exception:

• Contact info@vastshield.net or use the website’s contact form within 7 days

• Provide order number, proof of payment, description of issue, and any supporting documentation

• We respond within 3–5 business days; approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Accessibility Requests:
If you require this policy in an alternate format (large print, audio, translation, etc.), notify us at info@vastshield.net and we will accommodate as required by ADA and similar international standards.

4. Bundles & Partial Refunds

   Bundle purchases are treated as a single sale; refunds are only available if the entire bundle meets a valid exception. No partial refunds for individual components.

5. Physical Products (Future Service)
   

   Policies for physical/printed products will be stated separately and comply with consumer protection laws at the time of launch.

6. No Professional Services Refunds

   VastShield Series does not sell insurance, legal, financial, or medical services. All offerings are educational products and not subject to “service” refunds beyond technical delivery issues described above.

7. Chargebacks/Dispute Resolution

   
   Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback prior to contacting us constitutes a material breach of these terms, may result in suspended product access, and will be reported appropriately. Please contact us first for resolution.

   Nothing herein limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (FTC, CCPA, GDPR, UK law). Where rights exceed restrictions documented above, the greater protection prevails.
